Stephanie Duran has been successfully selling/buying real estate in Santa Fe for the last 8 years. In that time period, she has become one of the highest producers in the city. She is driven and passionate about real estate and the care and service that she gives her clients.

Stephanie began her very interesting life in the government suburbs of Washington, D.C. As a young girl, she found her strength in art and discipline, training for years as a competitive figure skater and eventually getting a BA in theatre from Indiana University and becoming a world-touring musical theatre actress.

Stephanie came to Santa Fe from NYC in 1994, left to do another national tour and could not get Santa Fe out of her mind and soul. She returned to Santa Fe in 1995 and has never looked back. Now with 2 beautiful sons, Noah, 9 and Adam, 6, her life has never been more rewarding.

She realizes that her job description as 'realtor' has changed greatly since the downturn in real estate and the reality of the economy. Though she has never been one to sit and wait and has always worked a 7-day week, she now takes an even more aggressive approach towards advertising in print and online, open houses and emailable flyers. She believes in directing energy into a home. If a buyer is out there, she wants that buyer to know about her properties.

Stephanie works as a partner with Michael D'Alfonso. They compliment each other and love working together. Any buyer or seller would enjoy working with this incredible team.
