Finding homes for newcomers to Santa Fe is more than a business for Stephanie Yoder. It's a passion. A resident of Santa Fe since 1983, Stephanie began her real estate career to complement her husband Tom's residential construction business, which they had relocated from Indiana. The sustained experience of working as a partner to a homebuilder has enabled Stephanie to bring a critical eye to helping people buy and sell their homes. The elements of the Santa Fe architectural vernacular are second nature to her. An educator in her early career, Stephanie also knows how to listen to what people are asking. That attention to detail – combined with infinite patience – makes her an expert in client representation. Since 1998, Stephanie has specialized in the master-planned community of Las Campanas, in which she has an encyclopedic knowledge base. She enjoys spinning, hiking and swimming, family time and watching four grandchildren come of age. She has continued her involvement with children through the years and serves on the board of "Friends Forever," an organization that reaches out to children with cancer.
