Sylvia's considers herself a Santa Fean. Although her family is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, where she was born and raised until the age of four, she grew up in Santa Fe. She is a Capital High School graduate, and attended UNM majoring in Communications.

Sylvia's work experience began in Banking. She began working as a teller with Bank of America, and in her nine years in the banking industry, worked her way up into New Account with Compass Bank, where her acquired skills and customer service were put to good use. She left banking to join her brother, Anselmo, and his partner at Wisdom Design Build. It was here that she decided to incorporate her customer service and banking skills into a career in real estate. Sylvia received her real estate license and works hard holding down two jobs, one as the Office Manager at Wisdom Design Build where she assists clients with buying land and building their dream home and the other as an agent for Santa Fe Realty Partners.

With so much extended family living around her, Santa Fe has always represented a sense of family and community to Sylvia. She loves that Santa Fe is small enough that everyone feels like a neighbor or friend. It is here she grew up, got married, and started her family of three children, two boy and one girl, and started her fulfilling career in real estate. Having lots of family and three children Sylvia knows what it is to be a good communicator. Her knowledge of Santa Fe, construction, the banking industry, and her bilingual skills are the secret to her success with her clients and peers. Her diligence and professionalism will help bring your dream home into the present.
