Santa Fe Realty Partners Welcomes Maxine Swisa

Maxine has lived in Santa Fe for the past twenty years. Before joining Santa Fe Real Estate Partners, Maxine was Chief Information Officer at Thornburg Mortgage for seven years.

As the CIO, Maxine oversaw day to day technical operations, including enterprise computer management, networking, security, telephones, and office administration. She supervised almost 50 employees and structured an IT organization that supported a company with $60 billion in assets. Because Maxine has worked in the mortgage industry for the past seven years, she is very knowledgeable about the financing side of real estate acquisitions and can help her clients choose the financing option that best suits their individual needs. She has also worked for a commercial real estate company and is familiar with property management.

Maxine loves helping people. Throughout her career, Maxine's ability to truly listen to people and consequently, encourage and facilitate the fulfillment of their goals has contributed to her success. Maxine brings this skill with her to her real estate career as well. Maxine is particularly interested in helping customers build green, high performance, energy efficient homes.
