Santa Fe Realty Partners Welcomes Pamela Nittolo and Barbara Millstein

October 19, 2007

Santa Fe Realty Partners is proud to announce the additions of Pamela Nittolo and Barbara Millstein to our team.

Pamela grew up in a small town in upstate New York, earned a degree in Psychology from Boston University. Until recently, she lived in Northern California for almost thirty years. This year, Pamela traded ocean waters for oceans of sky in Santa Fe and is enjoying every minute of it.

Pamela's has had a range of other experiences that have included cab driver and midwife. For the last 18 years Pamela worked for Shaklee Corporation, a company that was founded more than fifty years ago by Dr. Forest C. Shaklee. He was a businessman who truly cared about his employees, about public health, and about the environment.

Dr. Shaklee believed in "shared success," and dared to apply the Golden Rule (ethical standards) to business practices. Shaklee core values could be expressed in key words: integrity, respect, truth, excellence, a kind of holistic approach to health through his products and to business through his non-exploitative practices.

Pamela retired after eighteen years at Shaklee and now has a new home with a wonderful community in Santa Fe. Pamela feels very lucky to have joined the great team at Santa Fe Realty Partners (SFRP). Just as she believed in Shaklee's mission, Pamela shares Santa Fe Realty Partners' values. Along with truth, respect, integrity, communication and partnership, she brings to the table a personal level of maturity, competence and a belief in hard work to every relationship.

As an owner and investor herself, Pamela understands the process and the issues that can arise, and will work tirelessly as your partner in all transactions.

She looks forward to many successful partnerships.

Barb's approach to managing real estate transactions on behalf of her clients is best characterized as professional, and reflecting a high level of sensitivity. She thrives on aggressively negotiating on behalf of her clients and takes great pains to insure that there is a constant and open flow of communication. Tenacious and attentive to detail, Barb believes that every real estate transaction should be viewed as a golden opportunity to bring a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment to her clients as well as herself. She pursues real estate with the same zeal and enthusiasm that she applies to the other passions in her life, namely her family, social welfare, travel, fine dining, art and music.

Barb's real estate credentials include roughly a decade in the areas of real estate development, property management and marketing, initially in Seattle's famed "Microsoft Country" and most recently in Santa Fe, New Mexico where she was affiliated with Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate before joining Santa Fe Realty Partners.

Her earlier career includes experiences as a marriage and family therapist and art historian...all of which are frequently called into service in her role as a Realtor.

Perhaps the most meaningful observation that can be made about Barb's life as a Realtor is that she counts, amongst her most valued and intimate friendships a large number of people with whom she originally became acquainted in her role as a Realtor.

Barb combines the aesthetic eye of an artist, the sensitivity of a therapist and the business acumen of an entrepreneur to assist you with your real estate needs.

If you would like to meet Pam and Barb they can be found at their listing of 9 Domingo Road this Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. 9 Domingo Road. Check out their website at Pamela Nittolo and Barbara Millstein - Your Santa Fe Connection.
