Santa Fe Realty Partners Welcomes Linda Bramlette

Linda has lived in Santa Fe for the past twelve years after falling in love with its Vistas and expansive, big sky. Born in Wisconsin, high school in Iowa, college in Hawaii and California, Linda settled in San Francisco, working as a senior level human resources professional and corporate recruiter. Real Estate was a natural transition for Linda, since both recruiting and real estate have many of the same qualities and are focused on finding the right match, whether it is a home or a job.

Professionalism, effective negotiating, and understanding and listening to her clients' needs, are all key traits Linda emphasizes in real estate and are familiar assets from her recruiting and human resources career.

In addition to real estate, Linda's passions include decorating and staging homes. Staging enables Linda's sellers to showcase their homes in the best possible light when courting potential buyers. Linda also provides her buyers decorating help, if required, when they purchase a home in Santa Fe. As part of her flare for decorating and staging Linda helps out with her husband's business. A former aerospace engineer, he now designs and builds custom furniture out of his workshop at their home.

When taking a break from real estate and decorating, Linda enjoys traveling. It allows her to see how others live and work and helps to expand her visual world.

Linda is also committed to serving her community and giving back whenever possible. Currently, she works with the Big Brother/Big Sister organization in Santa Fe and has a wonderful little sister Sabrina.
