Santa Fe Realty Partners Welcomes Jan Kapustinsky

Jan spent the first six years of her childhood in Geneva, Switzerland and the remainder of her youth growing up outside of Washington, D.C. She came to New Mexico to study Anthropology at the University of New Mexico, where she received a Bachelor\'s Degree in Anthropology and a Master\'s in Public Administration.

She has had careers as an administrator in the private, public and non-profit sector. In the non-profit sector, she worked as a staff administrator and a volunteer with at-risk youth in Northern New Mexico. In the private sector, she placed students with special needs in academic institutions. On the creative side, she was an interior design assistant for several years.

Jan believes in giving back to her community. She has served as a board member for a local non-profit and volunteers her time to various organizations. Through her husband's work, she has lived abroad with her family and traveled extensively in Europe. She enjoys participating in several sports including hiking, cycling and tennis.

She started her real estate career in property management, which developed into investment property sales. She can crunch the numbers to help an investor find a property that will make a good rental and help evaluate its investment potential.

Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that each step of real estate negotiations will run smoothly. She enjoys working with people, and she\'s a good communicator. She listens carefully, responds quickly and keeps her customers informed. She dedicates the time it takes to turn objectives into a successful transaction.
